Refund policy

Refunds & Returns:

We offer a 45-day return period on all orders. Once delivered, you have up to 45 days to initiate a return. All returns are reimbursed with store credit (no refunds). However, if the returned product is unopened and unused, you may be eligible for a full refund, depending on your country's regulations.

All returns will be inspected before store credit is issued. If the product is fully consumed or excessively used, it may not qualify for a return.

If your order is damaged or if there are any other issues with your package, please contact us immediately before using your product. We will investigate the problem and offer a full refund if appropriate.

We generally do not offer order cancellations/refunds once placed. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
