Subscription Policies:

The following outlines our policies regarding subscription orders/orders with recurring payments and subscriptions.

Subscriptions can be cancelled with our online customer portal or by emailing us at contact@sennalife.shop.

No refunds are issued after a subscription is billed. To avoid charges, please cancel before the billing date. Cancellations take effect in the next billing cycle so you will still receive any items from the last subscription shipment paid for.
